Donnie Davies in my mind is seen as the Hitler of our era. What really gets me is that he quotes Oscar Wilde, one of the profound writers of the 19th century as being a reformed homosexual on his homepage. Capitalizing on his legacy, he negates the fact that he wrote extensively about homosexuality and that "The picture of Dorian Gray," his most famous work had homosexual undertones throughout. Upon doing any sort of research one would know he was taken to trial for this novel and eventually was prosecuted, beaten and jailed which transitioned away from the novel to being about his sexual orientation, an attraction that did not change in the three years after his release until his death in 1900.
Crucifying homosexuality and gay culture has gone on for centuries that men like this have used religion to propagate their own interests and in this case it seems to make money. The church struck down homosexuality because it was taking away from reproduction - in a less dramatic but similar way to birth control as it was seen as taking way from the increase to the population of the church and therefore passing the message on to future generations.
To go so far as to call homosexuality a disease that needs to be cured, and that "GOD HATES FAGS" this type of message needs to be called to the attention of as many people as possible and equally struck down in front of them so that our future generations know that it is o.k. to simply be themselves.
